The current list of acceptable countries is: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela.

Canada is excluded due to their inability to verify Canadian phone numbers by Keybase.

If you already registered, there’s nothing for you to do. Just confirm inside the Keybase app.

Each unique natural person can participate in the airdrop just once.

No individual recipient will get more than $500 USD worth of Lumens (XLM).

When do you get the free Lumens ?

The distribution is every month the 15th till all 2 billion Lumens are gone, so approx 20 months to get Free XLM.

Your fraction of the monthly 100,000,000 XLM will fall straight into your default Stellar wallet account. Expect a message from user @spacedrop as you can see in the screenshot below.

What about cheating / multiple accounts ?

Keybase got a lot of people warning them about bot accounts diluting last month’s 100 million Lumens. But you don’t have to worry, they’ve been watching.

Keybase disqualified 95,000 accounts who had appeared to signup multiple times. The final number of qualified recipients was 145,300 so the Lumens per person for the month November 2019 was 688XLM
